HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

It depends on where you are located. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipped via USPS. If you did not select faster courier services, we shipped with USPS First Class, which is estimated to take 2 to 7 business days (Mainland US). For more details, please check your email for your tracking information.

WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We specifically use USPS as our main carrier services, due to their history of reliability and consistency across United States. If you need your product shipped via different courier services, please contact us before making your purchase. For more information about shipping, you may refer to our shipping policy.

MY ORDER WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We are sorry to hear that you could not locate your package. Please do send us an email to let us know that your package is missing. Once you've let us know that your package is missing, we work with USPS to launch an investigation to locate the whereabouts of your package. USPS, on average, will conclude its investigation within 2 to 4 business days, and we will update you promptly. Meanwhile, please check with the other members of your household, or your neighbors to see if they have seen your misplaced package.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

We only provide prepaid return labels when the product received was damaged, defective, or wrong.

It that is the case, please reach out to us via our contact us page, and we will be happy to assist you further.

If you are simply returning because, you are not satisfied with your purchase or any other reason. Please send your return to our address below and we will issue the refund promptly, when the return is received.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?

If you have sent your return and it has been received by us, we will process the refund promptly. Please give us 1 to 2 business days to complete the refund process. After the funds have been released back to your original payment method, it will take 1 to 3 business days to reflect your account.

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer multiple sizes to fit all of our different customers! We offer sizes for adults, kids, youth and even XXL for those with larger heads.

Please refer to our hat sizing chart. If you have any specific questions about a certain product, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?

At the moment, we can only offer discounts for large bulk orders.
If you are interested in the large order discount, please contact us prior to making the purchase.
